+ To start, please complete our inquiry form HERE.
+ Once we determine that we’re a good fit to work together, you’ll submit a research fee. Next, we’ll send a link to schedule an offical planning meeting.
+ During this 60 minute virtual session, we’ll begin the planning journey by asking you a series of questions designed to understand your unique travel style and preferences.
+ We’ll research and create a custom travel itinerary based on the information you provide. This proposal will include a variety of options for accommodations and activities, all tailored to your style and budget.
+ After you review the proposal, we’ll collaborate to make any modifications until the itinerary meets all your expectations. Once you approve the plan, I’ll handle all booking details, manage payments, and keep track of all necessary confirmations and documents for you.
+ While you’re traveling, we remain available in the background to assist with any unexpected issues or emergencies. On return, we’ll reach out to gather your feedback about the experience, which helps us plan even better adventures for your future travels!
SERVICE FEES
Our service fees are essential for crafting unique, multi-destination itineraries and compensate us for the significant time and expertise we invest in designing and organizing your personalized journey. These fees ensure comprehensive service delivery.
+ Custom Itinerary Design: In-depth research and development of a unique travel plan tailored exactly to your interests, preferences, and budget, which can include coordination across multiple countries and specialized vendors.
+ Expert Advice & Consultation: Providing personalized recommendations on destinations, timing, local experiences, accommodations, and reliable transportation options.
+ Seamless Booking Management: Handling all reservations, ticketing, and confirmations for flights, hotels, ground transport, activities, and local guides, ensuring all components align perfectly.
+ Documentation & Logistics: Assisting with requirements such as visa information, travel insurance guidance, and organizing all necessary travel documents.
+ Dedicated Support: Acting as your single point of contact before, during, and after travel for questions, emergencies, or unexpected issues that may arise during your trip.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This amount is a starting fee of $195, depending on the duration or complexity of your trip, addtional fees may apply.

Non-Refundable: Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Third-Party Fees: This fee structure covers our agency's services. Be aware that travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) may have their own additional fees, penalties, or cancellation policies, over which we have no control.
Changes & Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to your itinerary after the initial booking may incur additional fees from both our agency and the travel suppliers involved.
